In Accordance with your Lease Agreement, the following outlines the "Lessee's" responsibilities upon move out:
1. All kitchen cabinets and drawers are to be empty and cleaned. 2. Appliances (stove, oven, broiler pans, refrigerator, dishwasher, range vent) are to be cleaned.
3. All hooks must be removed from the ceiling and picture hooks from the walls. 4. Bathroom fixtures are to be cleaned (bathtub, shower, toilet, etc.).
5. All light bulbs are to be in working order. 6. Inside of all windows are to be cleaned. 7. All countertops and sinks are to be cleaned.
8. All tile floors are to be cleaned, carpet spots cleaned and floors and carpets vacuumed. 9. All trash and personal belongings are to be removed.
10. All keys to the apartment, mail box and laundry room are to be returned to the office. 11. The apartment will be inspected only after all personal items have been removed.
Please be advised that upon
Lessee's failure to comply with this Move Out Policy, reasonable charges will be made by Lessor and deducted from the Lessee's security deposit based on a time plus material basis. . |
