agree that the rental payment is to be made on the first day of each month as per the conditions of the lease agreement. I warrant that all statements set forth in this application are true and correct. I understand
that should any statement of fact, this application will automatically be rejected. I understand that upon approval of this application I must make a deposit equivalent to one month rent to the management office
within three (3) business (banking) days excluding Saturday to be retained as my security deposit required as per part of the conditions of the lease agreement. I understand that the deposit I provide to the
management office is refundable only if I cancel the rental application within three (3) business (banking) day. Should I cancel the rental application after three business (banking) days have expired from the date of
my deposit, Harrison Properties, Ltd. will retain an administrative fee of $300.00 which is not refundable under any circumstances.
I agree to provide to the management office along with this application a copy of my most recent drivers license and two most recent payroll stubs or other form of income verification currently available. I HEREBY AUTHORIZE THE LANDLORD/PROPERTY MANAGER OF HARRISON PROPERTIES LTD. (INCLUDING ANY COLLECTION AGENCY HIRED BY HARRISON PROPERTIES LTD) TO OBTAIN INFORMATION IT DEEMS NECESSARY TO PROCESS THIS
APPLICATION, ATTEMPTING TO COLLECT PAST DUE RENT PAYMENTS, LATE FEES, OR CHARGES FROM REISDENT, BOTH DURING THE DURATION OF THE TERM OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT AND THEREAFTER; INCLUDING CREDIT REPORTS, CIVIL OR CRIMINAL
ACTIONS, RENTAL HISTORY, EMPLOYMENT DETAILS, POLICE AND VEHICLE RECORDS AND ANY OTHER RELEVANT INFORMATION; AND RELEASE LANDLORD, ITS EMPLOYEES FROM ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE WHATSOEVER INCURRED IN FURNISHING OR
OBTAINING SUCH INFORMATION. THE APPLICANT HEREBY WAIVES ANY CLAIM FOR DAMAGES BY REASON OF NON-ACCEPTANCE OF THIS APPLICATION WHICH THE LANDLORD OR ITS AGENT MAY REJECT.
